Hyundai Birmingham West, is seeking an experienced Master or Senior Vehicle Technician to join our expanding aftersales team. We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a Master or Senior Technician, you will carry out diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and complex fault-finding on a variety of vehicles, including Hyundai. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting advanced diagnostics and liaising with manufacturer support where necessary
• Mentoring junior technicians and apprentices
• Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards and in line with health and safety regulations
• Maintaining accurate records to meet warranty and audit requirements

Candidate Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• IMI Accreditation or Master Technician certification is desirable
• Proven track record in diagnostics and complex repairs
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication skills, team focus, and a proactive attitude
