Suzuki Introduces 10-Year Service Activated Warranty for UK and Irish Customers
Suzuki is extending its commitment to customer satisfaction and vehicle longevity with the introduction of a new 10-year Service Activated Warranty scheme for UK and Irish customers. This enhanced warranty package builds upon the brand’s existing seven-year cover, introduced in Spring 2023, and further strengthens Suzuki’s position in aftersales care.
Available free of charge, the new warranty is activated once a vehicle reaches the end of its standard manufacturer warranty—three years or 60,000 miles—and is booked in for its next scheduled service within the Suzuki dealer network. The coverage is then extended until the following qualifying service, and can be renewed repeatedly up to a maximum of 10 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.
The scheme also includes Suzuki’s first electric vehicle, the eVitara, which comes with a separate 10-year warranty on its EV battery, reinforcing the brand’s confidence in its new electric offering.
Flexible, Transferable, and Inclusive
Suzuki's new warranty scheme offers peace of mind beyond the first owner. If a customer sells their vehicle between qualifying services, the warranty is transferable to the new owner—again at no cost. Furthermore, the warranty can be applied to Suzuki vehicles purchased privately or with gaps in service history, making it one of the most accessible and flexible aftersales offerings in the UK and Irish markets.
