Aftersales Advisor

Halesowen Motor House is seeking a motivated Aftersales Advisor to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment within a well-established dealership.

Salary: OTE £34,000
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 – 17:30
Saturday: 1 in 3 rota, 8:00 – 12:00

Role Overview:
The Aftersales Advisor will be the main point of contact for customers regarding vehicle service, maintenance, and repair. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer interactions and provide professional aftersales support.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
• Liaise with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
• Maintain accurate records of customer service requests, repairs, and communications.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and professional manner.
• Promote and support dealership services, warranties, and aftersales products.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth department operations.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards in all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence
• GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
• No unspent criminal convictions
